vibrating steering wheel

Sounds like the bottom bearing has slipped out. Its down by the pedals. If
it seems to pivot at a point near where the key goes, that lower bearing is
your culpret. It has a plastic collar that holds it into the steering tube.
This seems to be about the right age for them to crack/fall out, followed by
the bearing itself, then you get a clunky steering wheel.
