NM Roads

if it's on I-40, call New Mexico Dept of Transportation, or the Highway 
Authority. I think each state calls it differently. If NM is worst in 
the nation, than OK is not far behind. Might have something to do with 
I-40 running through our states? Also, when are they going to finish the 
constuction on I-40 in the TX panhandle? Jeez, that's been under 
construction for years. Maybe they just like it cause it's  good 
speedtrap?
