Speedos and Gauges

I want to pick up a 160 Speedo (yeah, I'll go that fast ;-0) and a 8000
RPM gauge. Where can I get theses? I will be mounting them in my
homemade dash so fitment won't be an issue. I have 4k tranny in my 81.
Do I have to worry about the speedo gears and all that so that the
speedo with be accurate?
