need compression reduction info

I think.... (which is illegal in some states I hear)

Hi everyone,

I havn't posted in a while, but I was wondering if
anyone knew what it would take to drop the compression
of a 1.8 16v from the stock 10:1 to 9:1?  Does anyone
have a link to a site on how to calculate compression.
