Need a fuel sytem part and some info on it.

That happened on my 86 Scirocco right after I bought it.  A friend "Totaled"
his and I got the part from his, thank you. I believe it is called an
expansion tank and made out of plastic.
The part number is: 533 201511 A
'85 and ealier models have a slightly different style.
