A couple of years ago, I was going to order such a repair kit.  The story I got
was that TT bought the flex thingums in bulk from the OEM.  They didn't have any
more left (then) and had no way of getting more.

Not sure if this is still the case..

Yeah...

Now Techtonics sells a repair downpipe...

It replaces the 6 bolt flange, flex fitting and the dual downpipe as an assembly, that is welded to the cat.
