Web site set-up help

I wouldn't suggest using notepad (too much of a learning curve to write raw
HTML code).  Publisher may work, but I would suggest downloading the trial
version of Dreamweaver (from macromedia.com), and using that.  But if thats too
complex, publisher may be the way to go.

There are lots of free hosts, geocities.com being the most common.  They all
have their annoyances though.

Most importantly, make sure you have something valuable to offer.  The web is
overrun with people who put up web sites for the sake of having web sites.
