[Scirocco-l] Upgraded List ...

Hello all,

As promised earlier, the server running the list has been upgraded hardware, 
OS and mailing list.

We're now running Mailman instead of Majordomo. It makes management and user-
interaction simpler. Check the bottom of each message on where to do to 
modify every aspect of your membership.
