Wreckless driving
public endangerment
DUI (if you happen to be drunk when they stop you.) 
plus any other vehicle/license/insurnace citable offenses that they could
get you for. 

One thing they cant get you for without the property owners permission is
speeding but they cover that with a wreckelss driving charge. The other
thing is "failure to yeild" or running a stop sign. Not against the law
on private property since the signs were not put up by the city.
