what is your worst speeding ticket incident...

states may differ on this one, but i've seen speeding tickets in parking 
lots with a posted speed limit. and in ohio anything deemed as reckless or 
dangerous to persons or property can be ticketed. these are assuming of 
course we are still talking about "public accessable" private property.
