ratios, why is the 2h a stepchild?

The 2H has 90mm flanges.  No problem for me, some "home machining" and
the 100mm boys go right on.  Suits me because so many people are hot to
trot for a 4K.  The prices are driven up by those in the know and supply
of the 4K's runs thin.
