160 mph speedo install

i just won the auction on the 160 mph speedo on ebay--how do i install it and what (if any) parts are needed?  Difficulty rating on a 1-10 scale and or tech procedure would be great!!  (finally got a buck 60 speedo for my sixteen valve rocco!!)


also, can a faulty differential pressure regulator cause these symptoms:
	rough idle
	hard starts
	cutting out after 4500 rpm
	missing power

the DPR was not putting out any amperage at all when tested--checked and rechecked harness still nothing--300 dollar part so want more info!
