chassis re-enforcement v.101

Al- the only way moving strut towers can induce more sway/roll is if =
they are moving up and down. I don't think that is an issue.

And Dave may have meant something else entirely....we get real creative =
with definitions sometimes.

stress/deflection to begin with.
