> pretty much you are looking at cv joints (outer will be felt in the wheel, inner is felt as a shudder, but not in the wheel), wheel balance, wheel out of round, possibly wheel bearings (not usual), tie rod ends will amplify the steering wheel feel of an existing (other) problem.
