wheel, inner is felt as a shudder, but not in the wheel), wheel balance, =
wheel out of round, possibly wheel bearings (not usual), tie rod ends =
will amplify the steering wheel feel of an existing (other) problem.

    Starting around 80mph, my 85 Scirocco starts shimmying and the =
steering wheel kind of dances back and forth.  The tires get rotated and =
balanced on a regular basis.  Could this be something else under the =
front end?
