EFI question - fuel fittings

Hi all,
I'm putting my EFI project together and I need to know how you EFI guys
and gals hooked hooked up to the existing fuel lines. The filter and fpr
I'm using have 6an fittings and I can't seem to figure out what kind of
fitting that is hanging off the end of the fuel supply and return lines.
Also, can I hang my fpr on the engine or will vibration and heat be too much
for it? I'm using an aeromotive regulator. TIA....
