stock(?) mk1 wheels question

There are two mk1s in my local junkyard, and one of them is an 81 with the 
wood trim dash and wood-colored door panels.  It has these wheels I've never 
seen discussed before, they're 13" gold colored ones that are kind of spiky 
spoked.  I figured they had to have been factory, and they are all there.  
Anyone familiar with these?
