[mk2] mfa removal

  local yard has a purple '84 wolfburg sitting there with an mfa setup.
unfortunately i may not be bale to go back and get what i need, but for
when i do, i need some clarification on parts. i read gabriel avila's
write-up on the removal of the system, however it didn't say what really
all needed to be removed. i know there was the associated wiring and
vacuum hose, but other than that, the only large pieces that he
mentioned were the instrument cluster and the mfa / wiper stalk. what
else is missing? and, better yet, where are the parts located? thanx.
