If you don't have access to the proper equipment, and you haven't
worked with a lot of paint before, don't try to paint the car
yourself! My first attempt at painting a car, I used one of my artist
airbrushes in a fairly clean parking lot, and it looked like crap.
This time I am scamming the use of body shop after hours, and I am
going to do it right! It is really easy to mess up a paint job
without the right equipment, and nothing will make your car look
worse than a bad paint job. It is well worth the money to have
someone do it for you if you can't get the right tools and materials.
The goal is to overcome the deliberate nature of the process.
