RE: [OT] % of own work done on Roc (VW's)

I do everything I can myself. I had a shop set the alignment once after I
rebuilt my suspension - but now I do that myself. Also had shop replace a
busted rear window and front wheel bearings. Wheel bearings cost me $90
labor. I'll do them myself next time around.
Next big jobs for my car are rebuilt JH block, and paint job. Maybe a
Quaife when I get the $$$. I'm not sure whether I should try to take these
jobs on myself or leave it to the pros.
