Coolant light,
check the wiring to the sensor at the top of the coolant reservoir. Thats
what makes the light. may just have to top it off. Also, if you have air
trapped in the system, the air compresses after you start the car, lowering
the water level, tripping the sensor.
Hard start when cold,
mine is doing the same thing to me. may be a combination of thick oil + bad
starter cables + bad ground. Hook up a car battery charger, using the block
as ground, then try to start it. If the starter goes faster and it starts,
the ground is your culpret.
Gas mileage,
Properly tuned cis-e should get 300-350 miles to a tank. The rieger gets 330
and it has cams/exhaust/wide body kit. Low mileage can be from bad tuning
and/or blocked catalytic converter.
