RE: rotor didnt fix it, still no spark
when cranking engine, check if there is a spark at the coil wire at the
distributor cap if not then check if there is a spark at the coil connection
could be as simple as a bad coil wire.

Subject: rotor didnt fix it, still no spark
i replaced the rotor, and the engine still gets no spark. The only thing
else that i havn't tested/replaced are
1) Ignition Control Module
2) Knock Sensor
i did get 1 good spark off of the #1 plug when my buddy first cranked it,
then there was nothing. Previous attempts have yielded the same results ith
just 1 or 2 sparks at teh beginning of the cranking. any ideas?
