What do you mean, Fuel Rail?  If you need a fuel rail, you are either
running true motronic or digifant.  I think you might have made another
mistake on this since the "Motronic" that we usually use on the VW motors is
the CIS-E based motronic without the fuel rail but with the fuel
distributor.  HTH!!
