4W - Alignment Q's again this thread just wont die..

Hey ya'll.

Picking the thread up again to beat it.

I just finshed R&R of the lower suspension front.
lower control arms
all bushings
ball joints.

What I have.from PO
Tokiko shocks. (unkn type)
Nuespeed springs.. (unkn type)
suspension techniques front and rear swaybars.. poly bushings.
eurosport upper tie bar

What I know.
Im pretty sure that one or both of the control arms were bent.
the current alignment is very off on one wheel at least.
the PO drive on the car with that alignment so the tires are
actually have a visible tilt to the wear pattern on severall tires
near bald inside --> new tread depth outside.

So How do I get it aligned so that the rims not the foobared aka
FUBARed tires get aligned and even out the tires.
