I use redline MTL in my 4K.  I keep telling my dumb honda friends to use it, 
because it will clean up their crappass synchro action.  "naaaah its too 
expensive"  $25 every 40-50k miles? thats nothing.

I use valvoline 10w-30 all climate in the 16v right now, I plan on switching 
to valvoline full synthetic or mobil one as soon as I get 3k mi on the 
engine and I figure out which is better.
