Re: Accelerator pedal -- rough feel

Could be...there's a little round hard foam bushing
that fits in the far end of the acc pedal, way up top.
 It has a hole in the middle where the cable connects.
 These things crumble into dust after, say, 14 years
or so.  They are pretty cheap at the dealers.  3 min.
painless fix.
