what plugs for 8v

Hey everyone,

I am doing a mild tune up on my new "S" just to make
it run like its supposed to.  The car has an oxygen
sensor and a frequencey valve.  On my 83 8v(MKII)
there was a white connector that you could take a duty
cycle reading from.  Is there one of these on the MKI?
 

I also need to change the plugs (car runs RICH).  What
is the part # for the 3 prong copper bosch for 8v's
