Yeah that's right, FREE BEER!
OK, now that I've got your attention: I bought my Scirocco about 6 months
ago and have been reading the list ever since. I have not, however, met any
of the other Seattle area Scirocco fans because my Scirocco has never
really been a runner. It sits in my carport collecting dust with a tired
old engine that won't pass emissions.
Well, about a month ago I got a new engine to install, but I have not had a
chance to work on it.
OK, OK, to the free beer. I am finally going to have a chance to do my
engine swap soon, but there is a problem. I don't know what I'm doing. I
have a Bentley and all that, but I have never done an engine swap before.
So I was hoping that I could get some of the Seattle area listers to come
by and have a few beers and some BBQ and maybe give me some assistance.
Even if you don't feel like turning a wrench, I could use some technical
advice. And it would give me a chance to meet you. So I was hoping to do
this on Saturday the 24th. Anyone who comes is welcome to bring their
significant others to just hang out. If anyone is interested in coming (or
even just willing to come) please let me know so that I can stock up
accordingly.
Thanks,
Todd
Oh, I live in the Shoreline area. I will send directions to anyone coming.
You should come to our BBQ this weekend....I'm sure all the other Scirocco
people are gonna show up....right guys? Get info here:
