Hard Start:
- 5th injector; getting power?

Wipers:
- Contact cleaner in the stalk mounted switch. (it would be nice to 
disassemble and relube though).
- Wire loom under steering wheel column that plugs into switch maybe loose.
- You _did_ check your fuses, right? ; )

HVAC:
- Runs off of vacuum, redo the braided lines in the engine, be sure 
nothing came loose as in wires. etc.
- Is is working but the FAN is coming on? Verify independently.
