Umm. in order of preference and ease....
1) Stud romoval/installation socket
2) double nut method
3) vice grips
4) pliars
Just remember that if you use #3 or #4, you got to install the new ones.
using those methods COULD damage the threads so at thevery least, use #2
for instalation.
