as far as the mobil, it should still be good, just start the car and let it idle for like 30 minutes
at temperature to get all the moisture out of it.

I'm in a similar situation. I just bought an 85 Wolfie with under 96k on
the clock...thing runs like a champ but the PO had it garaged and didn't run
it for 4 years prior to selling it to me, which is good because it looks
nice but I'm wondering how concerned about the fluids I should be. He said
he put some additive in the fuel to keep it from getting nasty but that was
about it. The car was also up on blocks.

How concerned should I be about the antifreeze and such? Keep in mind that
this car had been meticulously maintained over the years. The car runs cool
(needle just below LED) and the oil looks good (Mobil 1) but I haven't
changed it yet. Will Mobil 1 get old and gross over time if it's just
sitting in the crank case doing nothing for 4 years? How concerned should I
be about this? I mean should I not drive the car until I change out the
oil?

  Hey! Welcome to the club!

What year is it? What color?

But please no flooring until you have completely checked the car and
changed all the fluids. Gasoline is not the only liquid that gets old
fast, think about the oil, coolant, etc. That can make the difference
between taking the car out for a spin and driving it back vs *walking*
back.

Treat it with TLC, and you will be grinning every mile in it for years
:-)
