Re: SS Brake Lines
I bought a set from Velocity a little over a year ago,
they are DOT approved and had clear tubing over the SS
braid. Oddly, they seemed a little shorter than the
stock ones.
Just a few days ago I got in a set of Autotech lines
(via Sciroccoparts Pete) and the ends are much larger
and seem to be a bit better done overall. Not DOT
approved, to my knowledge. Not installed yet, so no
opinions, but they do look nice.
I would not place a whole lot of stock in the DOT
approval...just think of DOT approved headlights...
