Die Seitenschweller werden im Bereich des Einstiegbleeches verklebt und an
den Stirnseiten mit je 2 schw. Alublindnieten gesichert.
Je nach Fahrzeugausfuhrung mussen die Schweller im Tur- Einstiegbereich noch
etwas nachgeschliffen werden. Die Schweller werden zur Probe montiert und
mit Tesaband fixiert. Als nachstes wird mit einem Tesaband abgeklebt wieviel
im Einstiegbereich noch abgeschliffen werden muss. Fur die Schleifarbeit
werden die Schweller naturlich wieder abgenommen.
Wir empfehlen, die Bohrungen fur die Blindnieten an der Stirnseite der
Schweller bereits vor der Lackierung anzubringen um etwaigen spateran
Lackschaden vorzubeugen.
Nach der Lackierung werden die Teile mit Sikaflex Kraftkleber Typ 260 auf
den Originalschweller geklebt. Je Schweller wird fast eine ganze Kartusche
Kleber benotigt.
Wir empfehlen die Seitenschweller bis an den Rand der Klebeflache auf der
lackierten Sichseite mit Tesaband abzudecken um einer Verschmutzung durch
Sikaflex Kleber vorzubeagen. Das gleiches gilt fur den Einstiegbereich, den
Kotflugel und das Seitenteil. Auch diese Teile werden dis an die Trennfuge
hin zum Schweller mit Tesaband abgeklebt. Tritt bei der Montage der
Schweller bzw. beim Anpressvorgang Kleber aus, so wird diese uberschuddige
Klebemasse mit einer Kunststoffspachtel abgezogen und nachfolgend das
Tesaband wieder entfernt. Noch verbliebene Klebereste werden mit einem
Baumwolltuch und Siliconentferner unmittelbar nach der Montage entfernt.

lacquer to prevent. After the lacquer finish the sections with Sikaflex force adhesive type 260 are
stuck on the Originalschweller. For each Schweller is benotigt almost a whole cartouche
adhesive. We recommend to cover the Seitenschweller to to the edge of the stick-flat on the
painted itself page with tesa adhesive tape over a contamination due to Sikaflex adhesive
vorzubeagen. That same applies fur the entrance area, the Kotflugel and the side part. Also these
sections are maskinged with tape dis to the separation joint to the Schweller with tesa adhesive
tape. If adhesive withdraws when the assembling of the Schweller or with the pressing process,
then this uberschuddige adhesive with an artificial spatula is taken off and in the following the tesa
adhesive tape is again removed. Still remaining sticking remainders are removed with a cotton
cloth and a silicone remover immediately after the assembly
