RE: 16v 50mm Manifolds

Only the USA Scirocco manifold exits to the right (meaning: right when
you're looking at the engine, or the driver's side in the USA). All the
Golf/Jetta/Passat 1.8L and 2.0L manifolds are to the (USA) passenger's side.

All USA 16v's are 42mm manifolds (though there is a roumor that the first
few Sciroccos came with 50mm but were recalled). Bummer.
