Agreed, I don't feel like catching any fines from the EPA. I have a hollowed out stock downpipe for my 16v car when emissions time comes. Catalytic pervertors also do more harm than good. A lot of what they convert the "bad" stuff into, is really just as bad if not worse for the environment. Burning fossil fuel is simply a no win situation.
