The manifolds (USA dual outlet and Euro dual outlet) are the same
internally.
Who gives a good Goddamned about downpipes without cats? The cats cost
little in power for street use so being environmentally friendly is a damn
small price.
The TT dual downpipe w/cat is a good performance boost over a stock US dual
downpipe.
