Kamei Spoiler on a Euro Bumper Scirocco....Possible?

Hey listees,

Is it possible to put a Kamei front spoiler on a Euro bumper scirocco or do I 
have to have the American bumer on it for it to work?  Any ideas?  I just 
want to make sure before I buy one.
