bumper question

can anyone tell me the part numbers for the rear bumper inserts, ie the
metal brackets that attach the bumper to the car.  My bumper wont go in far
enough, i thought it was some old u-haul towing chain things they had welded
on, but I cut them off and the thing still wont go in all the way.

rather, it will go in further now, but is much much too low.  where should
the bumper bolt to inside there?  there are two 'fixed' holes on either
side, as well as two adjustable tracks on either side, and I've tried about
everything.  stumped and it seems like it should be simple.
