Drake head and Callaway Turbo

What do you guys know about the drake big valve head? Does it sacrifice low 
end torgue for high end power? Also, does anyone know about how much it 
would cost to rebuild a Callaway Turbo? Do I need special pistons if I am 
going to run a turbo charger?
