1    I suggest you get a quality car cover , and when its on crack the 
windows an inch

2    Take out the battery and bring it in the house

3    jack the car up a few inches to take the weight off the suspension and 
set it on some sort of stands

4    buy a can of engine fogging oil and follow the directions included

5    put dryer sheets anywhere rodents will attempt to enter and or build a 
nest

Just a few more things as suggestions, I am sure somone could add a few more 
.
