Alignment Angles and Questions

After my recent alignment i've got the following angles

                   Camber      Toe

Left Front         +0.03'      -0.04'
Right Front        -0.57'      -0.05'
Left Rear          -1.29'      +0.09'
Right Rear         -0.59'      +0.13'


The car is drifting slightly to the left but they advise that the right 
front camber angle is at maximum adjustment and i possibly have a bent 
strutt (shock) or hub. Also the camber of the road here gives a slight left 
drift but this is more pronounced than that.

My Questions are.

Can the above be amended to counter the left pull? i.e by amending the left 
to counter the right front

How do you go about finding out what is slightly bent?

What angles should i be running for maximum turn in and grip?
