Re: Timing belt issue




Tensioner is too tight. Thats what your noise is.

On a second note; be sure when tightening the tensioner you rotate it CW to 
tighten the belt. I have seen many belts tightened by rotating the tensioner 
CCW causing wierd noises and premature belt failure.
