Waterpump ?

Ok.  There is a hole on the very bottom of the waterpump on the cone-shaped 
neck holding the pulley on.  Is there supposed to be a plug in the hole?  
'Cause my car is drinking antifreeze fast, leaking right out the hole with 
fast drips.

Don't know if the picture helps much, but it looks cool. :)  The car is 
basically an '85, the picture of the waterpump in the Bentley I have (to 
'84) looks slightly different than the one on the car.  So am I supposed to 
plug it or do I have a bad seal?  TIA!
