Painting tarantulas?

I've had my roc for about a month now but I still don't have enough
money to buy some nice wheels. In the meantime I'm thinking about
painting or just cleaning up the tarantulas that are on it right now.
Any ideas as to what would be fairly easy but look halfway decent?
