Removing the starter is how I've always done it. Try Snap-On, Sears, New
Dimensions, or a specialty tool store.
Remember to make sure to align the new one once installed before tightening.
When I changed engine mounts in the past, I always loosened all four mounts,
aligned them all per Bentley and then re-tightened them.
