RE: Scirocco Tragedy (reccomended reading)

		The tragedy could have been avoided by slower, more cautious driving to be
sure. Our cars were not designed for triple digit speeds even with a roll
cage and better brakes. Going fast is fun, but responcibly, we must also
concider the ability to stop, the ability of the other drivers, road
conditions and Murphy.
	We are not on these roads alone, and we must remember this.
