1.8l 16v price?/ nitrous

Guys I've got a couple of questions:

1) What is the market value for a 1.8l 16v block and head in good shape
(88k miles). I want the motor in my garage (NJ) out of here.

2) Does anyone have nitrous tuning *experience*. I might buy an old
Autotech 16v kit with the sandwich plate with individual foggers. Yeah,
some may remember that set up.
