The GLI Lives/ rocco clutch cable probs

List,

Whell tonight after tinkering with the jetta some more, i was able to make
it run good enough to take it for a few runs up and down my driveway! I
changed 2 of the injectors, the last part that i haddent acctually changed,
because the vw place that did work on it a few months ago told me that they
took apart and cleaned the ones that were in it. I was only able to swap in
2 of the brandy new GTI injectors before it got dark and neighbors started
complaining. It still runs sort of shitty, but it revs above 4k now, and it
has enough power to move its own fat ass! Before it couldn't do this.
Tommarow i hope to swap the other 2 in and see what happens, and possibly
change in another fuel distributor.

....Scirocco content, I bought the manual adjust clutch cable today and
hope to solve my shifting probs tommarow as well! When i got down and dirty
and looked under the tranny at the lever the cable hooks to, i found that
when the clutch was not depressed that i could move the lever down quite a
good distance. I was told by a friend that i shouldn't be able to move it
if the cable was functioning correctly.

Whell, my hands STANK! of gas so im gonna go wash them now.
