Haha, that's funny because I have this same problem in my rocco.  Don't know 
why it does this.
 Another weird thing is I can pull out of my garage in the morning and the 
A/c will be Ice cold during the whole trip.  Shut the car off go to the store 
for like 10 minutes, come back and it won't get cold. I have to switch it on 
and off a couple times to get it to work, by that time I am already home.
