Um timing with new head snags

    OK well I have the new head on and the block ( hole on top of tranny ) is 
top dead center. and the cams are instaled at zero, But the cam gear says I'm 
way ahead of zero. What do I do here. Do I bolt it up set the gear to zero to 
match the block then tighten it up? 

    Sorry Guys I lost my Bently book a few months back and haven't gotten a 
new one. Can anyone send me the Cyl head install pages for a 16v.
